Managing Principal: Jeff Altman

Jeff is an energetic executive who has spent 15+ years building revenue streams. He has a successful track record helping companies grow revenue through strong sales management, integrated marketing programs, and improved operational efficiency. His experience and education (MBA and engineering) enable him to handle complex sales challenges.
Altman served as Vice President of Sales and Operations - US & Latin America for Control Microsystems, opening and staffing the company’s US headquarters. His team grew sales by establishing processes for managing CMI’s large and geographically diverse channel.
For his client, FreeWave Technologies, Jeff led their entrance into Latin America and built a sales channel that profitably doubled sales every year for five years. This included defining partner selection criteria, recruiting candidates, incentive programs, and opportunity management.
At VC-backed Verano, Jeff was recruited to be a member of an executive team tasked with a company turnaround. As the VP of Global Sales, he and the team regained confidence of skeptical customers, leading to continued investor support. Jeff was then able to build a global team that grew the sales funnel by $2M in the first six months.
Altman received an MBA from the University of Denver, a BS Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, and a BS Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
A nationally ranked epee fencer, Jeff lives in Denver with his wife, Tracy, and dog, Petey.
